Q. I know leadership is something you take very seriously. What is the most important aspect of leadership when it comes to yours?
Joel: Commitment and continuous contact with your team. It doesn’t surprise me anymore when other people who already have sponsors are contacting me for help. At the same time people are not always looking for the most successful person or for the one who knows everything. They want to know they are going to have that committed leadership. I don’t have all the answers but I will do my best to find the solution or point them in the right direction. The fact is, when my team needs help, I’m there to help them. I truly believe if you are going to be successful in this business, commitment to your team is critical...."
