Q. Your videos on YouTube have done very well. What is the main goal you try to accomplish when creating your videos?
Joel: There are a few principles I apply to my video marketing and one of them is to create videos that stand out. I always want to create videos that are different than what everyone else is doing. If there isn’t that element of originality, then your video is going to get lost in the mix. Another reason why I believe they have done so well is because people relate with my story and they feel a sense of comfort and trust. As a leader, you also have to show people you have something to offer whether it is committed leadership or expertise in a certain area. My knowledge of video marketing was something I could teach my team...."
